SKIN MICROBIOME TECHNOLOGY

#FORHEALTHYSKINANDSKINBARRIER

WHAT IS MICROBIOME?

Community of micro- organism living together in a habitat. Skin microbiota can promote both the innate and the adaptive immune response to limit pathogen invasion.
Protects skin health by strengthening skin barrier

TYPES OF MICROBIOMES

RG OLIGO (Red Ginseng Oligosaccharide)Obtained from Korean red ginseng, that promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria on the skin and ad-dresses a variety of skin concerns and it forms thin water coat that protects skin from pollutant and retains moisture in the skin.

CLINICAL STUDIES

Moisturizing Effect

Formulation with 2% RG-Oligo showed the highest skin moisture content.

SPROUT GINSENG LACTOBACILLUS FERMENTSprout Ginseng Lactobacillus Ferment MO(H) uses not only root of sprout ginseng but also leaves and stems that contain lots of saponin. It has anti-oxidation, moisturizing and anti-wrinkle effects, so it helps keep healthy and youthful skin.

CLINICAL STUDIES

ANTI WRINKLE EFFECT

PIP production increased in a concentration dependent manner

ANTI – OXIDATION EFFECT

DPPH radical scavenging activity was shown in in a Concentration dependent manner.

MOISTURIZING EFFECT

HA production increased in a dose-dependent manner.

GALACTOMYCES FERMENT FILTRATEGalactomyces contain not only rich protein sources but also vitamin B1, B2, nicotinic acid, and folic acid necessary for skin nutrients. Rich polysaccharides in the cell wall help skin moisture and brighten.

CLINICAL STUDIES

Moisturizing (Hyaluronic acid) production effect

As a result of measuring the amount of Hyaluronic acid produced by treatment of Galactomyces ferment filtrate in dry kinetics of human keratinocyte, it was confirmed that the amount of HA which is a moisturizing factor was increased in a concentration dependent manner.

Wound healing activity assessment

The recovery of cells from the wound was significantly increased with the concentration of Galactomyces.

Whitening (Tyrosinase inhibition assay)

Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate Concentrate was treated at various concentrations and the Tyrosinase inhibitory activity was measured. As a result, it was confirmed that the inhibition rate of Tyrosinase was increased in a concentration dependent manner.

ALOE BARBADENSIS LACTOBACILLUS FERMENT

It has excellent healing effect, soothing effect and moisturizing effect of damaged skin, and is used stably without any adverse effect on sensitive skin.

CLINICAL STUDIES

Whitening effect (Muchroom Tyrosinase inhibition assay)

The in-vitro for whitening effect of Fermented Jeju Aloe Barbadensis Extract G-MIJ(BH) and Aloe vera leaf extract was evaluated. As a result, the fermented product showed higher tyrosinase inhibition activity than the ordinary extract.

Antioxidant effect (DPPH radical scavenging assay)

The in-vitro for antioxidant activity of Fermented Jeju Aloe Barbadensis Extract G-MIJ(BH) was evaluated, and it showed DPPH radical scavenging activity in a concentration dependent manner.

DRY FILLED RICE LACTOBACILLUS FERMENT

Rice is the seed of the grass species Oryza sativa. (Asian rice). Besides carbohydrate, rice contains many other nutritional ingredients such as protein, Vit-B1, B2 , B3 , B5, B6 and minerals; Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, etc.

CLINICAL STUDIES

Whitening effect of extract

It can be confirmed that rice extract treatment has skin whitening effect.

Moisturizing effect of Jeju field rice extract

The extract of Jeju field rice extract showed that increase in the expression of hyaluronic acid (HA), a moisturizing factor, in keratinocyte (skin keratinocyte) induced by drying.
