A BLOCKBUSTER EVENT FOR THE HOME AND PERSONAL CARE INDUSTRY – HPCI INDIA 2023

The 12th edition of HPCI India was held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai on February 16-17, 2023. The 5000+ square feet exhibition experienced an overwhelming response from the industry, with 3847 unique trade visitors from 19+ cities. HPCI India proved to be the most comprehensive exhibition for the Home & Personal Care Industry, with over 60 exhibitors showcasing the quality and versatility of their products.

Organized by ExpoNova Exhibitions & Conferences (India) Pvt. Parallel to the exhibition, there was an informative and comprehensive conference programme managed by the Indian Society of Cosmetic Chemists (ISCC) to provide the latest developments within the industry, including new formulations, market trends, products, and alternative testing methods. The conference stressed various trends, including consumer perception, market dynamics, ingredient innovation, product deliverables, and unique packaging, with the theme being "Post-Pandemic Trends Driving HPC Growth." The conference became an effective forum to share the results of promising research, display innovative techniques, and provide an opportunity to network with cosmetic experts from all over the globe.

The first day also witnessed some high profile technical seminars on relevant topics like ‘Facial Skin Aging: Uniting clinical proof with consumer perception’, ‘Formulation Research by using CAS Solutions’, ‘Sun Care – Bridging the Trends Gap’, featuring top experts like Francisco Fernandez Palacio, CLR Berlin-Germany, Pharmacos India, Sangram Gokhale, ACS International India Pvt. Ltd., Milan Bhosale, ARK Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., to name a few.

The exhibition also witnessed the Innovation Zone that aims to showcase the unique trends and inventions and recognize innovators through the HPCI Innovation Award. The nomination process was evaluated by eminent personalities from within the industry. Among 13 nominations, the award was presented to LABORATOIRES EXPANSCIENCE for their outstanding innovation ‘CALYBIOTA® BIO, a skin microbiota balance natural active ingredient’ on the second day of the exhibition.

HPCI India gave exhibitors the opportunity to connect with consumers, distributors and industry experts and demonstrate how their products can meet the ever growing demands of the Home and Personal Care Industry. Visitors at the HPCI exhibition had the chance to witness the latest changes and advancements and experience up close the quality and variety of products by the top players of the industry.
